Terms and Conditions

In order to order alcohol, you have to be at least 18 years old. All orders found to be from persons younger than the legal prescribed age will be cancelled.

There is NO minimum order value. All orders placed before 15h00 ( Monday – Thursday ) will be dispatched to you the NEXT day and the delivery will be with you the day after the day of despach. All orders placed (Thursday 15h00 - Sunday 24h00 ) will be despatched on the following Monday. On UK mainland only . You can request a Saturday A.M. delivery if order is placed by 16h00 on the Friday (extra charge apply).
We strive to have your order despatched within 24hours. You will receive an email from us to confirm that the order has been placed, as well as a confirmation email when dispatched, including the expected delivery date.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that arrangements are made for their orders to be received at the address stipulated when the order was placed. The Independent carriers will attempt to deliver the goods twice, after which time arrangements must be made directly with them for a convenient delivery day at your expense.
