The Beer Bird - A fantastic way to cook a chicken for a tender result. Open a tin of coke or beer, pour a little out and please the tin in the place provided. Sit your chicken on top of the can before placing in your oven to roast as you usually do.

You could also use this item in a skottle - for best results throw some rosemary over the coals for the last 5 minutes of cooking with the lid on.
